Sintered Wire Mesh
Sintering can be used on most kinds of woven wire meshes. Sintered Wire Mesh bond all wires together at a specific temperature, to eliminate the migration of the medium. It can be bond at one time through the vacuum furnace sintering process. After the proper sintering, almost every point can be firmly fused, and even a circular hole can be generated from the mesh laminates without damage, which is crucial in many applications. For example, when it is used in medical filtration or plane hydraulic pressure fluid filtration, where the incompact wires can lead to catastrophic malfunction. In addition, once the sintered mesh wires are fused in place, the geometrical shape of gridding will be perpetually fixed. The wires can’t move under pressure. Therefore, the aperture size will remain stable in service.
The sintering process is also a procedure of heat treatment. If the process air and circulation are properly controlled, the sintered wire meshes will be bright and clean, and the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity will be increased. Formability and malleability will be remarkably improved, including the ability to shape-preserving and wrinkle preserving.
Another main purpose and benefit of the sintering process are creating new structure sheaf by pressing multiple wire mesh layers together to form various kinds of laminated materials or composite materials. A large number of new materials with various mechanical properties are generated in this process. Unlike its component layers, the entirety is not just the sum of all the parts. It can better keep the accuracy class of sintered filter elements under pressure and can be washed repeatedly. It is suitable for reuse to improve economic choice and has better structural integrity. Let’s come to see the following types of laminated boards.
Five-layer sintering mesh
Our five-layer laminated board is the standard and widely used sintered wire mesh. Place the monolayer subtle wire mesh between the two layers thicker square woven meshes, and then put them into the two layers of strong Dutch woven metal wire meshes, sintering together to form a sold plate. The single-deck subtle woven metal wire meshes are used to be a filter bed. It is customizable for specific filtration classes, from 1 micron to 200 microns.
Usually, these layers consist of 316L stainless steel clothes, but the special alloys, such as Hartz alloy, Monel alloy, chromium-nickel-iron alloys, and 20 alloys can be better combined. According to the atmospheric conditions, our stainless steel options can be used at the temperature of 580℃(1,076°F), and the intermittent running peak value can be up to 650℃(1,202°F). Also, it is tolerant to most chemicals.
Our standard size of sintered wire cloth laminates is 600×1200, but it can be customized according to your requirement details, meeting the specifications of material, strength, flow needs, thickness, micron classes, and environment. We can sinter the combination of any wire mesh layers to form sintered mesh subassemblies.
These mesh laminates are convenient to transport, and we can incise all kinds of customized size of disks, squares, and rectangular plates. We concentrate on everything from the original design to finished products, from wire meshes to sintering multilayer, to molding, to manufacturing, and to final assembly.
Components made of this type of sintered wire mesh laminated material have a wide range of uses in many industries, including drugs, chemical processing, food, drink, and transportation. The applications include gas injection, fluidized bed, liquid, and gas filtration.

Plain sintered square weave mesh
This kind of product is produced by sintering multilayer plain square wire meshes together. Because the opening area percentage of the square woven wire meshes are large, this type of sintered wire meshes laminated material has good permeability and low flow. It can be designed as a combination of any number of layers with square plain weave wire mesh layers to achieve specific flow and filtration characteristics.
The plain sintered wire mesh laminated material can be used in polymer production and all kinds of fluid and air filtration applications. Other common applications include sieve plates, aeration filter, hydraulic filter, and Hydraulic valve screen, etc. Another application is to sinter abundant of square woven wire meshes together to form very thick components, and it also used to be the preventer of frame and bomb. These laminated boards can be inches thick and still have high flow characteristics.
As with other sintered wire meshes laminated board, these layers are usually made of stainless steel clothes. But other special alloys also can be used. This kind of stainless steel sintered wire meshes laminated boards are manufactured from 600×1200 boards, and then can be cut and made into various disks, tubes, filter cartridges, and slabs.

Sintered Dutch Weave Mesh
This type of mesh laminates is manufactured by sintering 2 or 3 layers of common Dutch weave meshes together. It has uniformly spaced open mouth and good flow permeability.
Heavy Dutch woven wire meshes have good mechanical strength. As with other sintered wire mesh laminated boards, these layers are usually made of 304 stainless steel clothes, but other special alloys also can be used.
Sintered Dutch woven mesh laminated boards are usually used in the application of fluidized beds. Also they can be used to transport powder and other dry solid materials.

Perforated metal sintered wire mesh
The perforated metal sintered wire mesh is manufactured by sintering of multilayer woven wire mesh and a layer  perforated plate. The woven wire meshes are made of filtration layer, protective layer, and buffer between the fine grid layer and perforated plate. Then, the perforated plate is added as a base layer, and the whole structure is sintered together to form a very firm but easy handled slab.
Because of the support of perforated plate, this kind of mesh laminates have higher resistance and mechanical strength. Through the combination of multilayer gridding weave, the perforated metal sintered wire mesh with specific target thickness, permeability, aperture, and mechanical strength can be designed. It is suitable for a variety of applications that require fine filtering, but also requires a protection of filter layer. Generally speaking,
Generally speaking, we use 316L Material as Metal mesh layer and 304 stainless steel as the perforated plates, of course, other special alloys also can be added.
The woven wire mesh can be customized to meet the requirement of filtration classes, and the thickness of perforated plate and the type of perforating can be customized too.
The standard productional size is 600×1200 laminated board, and the available forms include slab, custom-made shape, welding cone, and welding cylinder. It is applied in the form of tube.
These sintered filter pipes can be customized, with all kinds of diameters and length. The material can be produced with all kinds of layers according to your specific applications. It is applied in the high pressure, mechanical engineering, and chemical technological process.
